When will I be able to redeem gift cards online?
You will be able to redeem gift cards online in the coming months. Currently, we are unable to redeem gift cards online but you can continue to redeem them in stores.

When will I be able to checkout using multiple forms of payment for one order online?
These enhancements are already in the works! In the coming months, you will be able to use multiple forms of payment. For example, you will be able to redeem a gift card and pay for the remaining balance with your credit card. Currently, you will only be able to pay with one form of payment online. We appreciate your patience as we make this update.

What is your return policy for online orders?
Within 14 days, with the packing slip and tags attached, receive a full refund in store or by mail. Please find our full return and exchange policy here.

What is your exchange policy for online orders?
Within 30 days, with the packing slip and tags attached, exchange your purchase in online store.

How do I check the balance of my gift card?

How do I update my email address and other account details?
Upon logging into your account online you will be able to update your email address, mailing address and any payment information that you have saved. Log into your account now.

ORDERS
When will my order arrive?
Please check your order confirmation email for tracking information.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once you place your order online we begin processing it and so we are unable to modify or cancel in our system.

Can I order online and pickup in store?
Unfortunately, we do not offer order online and pickup in store at this time.

SHIPPING
What are your shipping costs?

How do I qualify for free shipping?
We offer everyday FREE standard shipping on all orders.

Where do you ship?
As for our international marketing strategies that we have several logistical centers in many countries.The final dispatch center of the orders are depend on the delivery destination and stock situation.

Do you ship internationally?
We do offer international shipping in almost country.

When will my order ship?
Note that orders generally process within 2 business days, not including holidays and weekends. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been processed. Please allow for up to 24 hours after the shipment confirmation email has been sent to be able to track the package.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We only provide standard shipping to PO Boxes. Expedited orders require a physical address.

Do you ship to Military Addresses?
At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses.

What is your return policy for stores and online orders?
If you change your mind we offer free returns in store and easy returns online. Within 14 days, with the packing slip or receipt and tags attached, receive a full refund in the original form of payment in store or online. All gift card purchases are final. How do I track if you have received my return?
